- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SWIPE VISION INNOVATIONS (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Services Overview
The Company provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), website development, and other related services. The client agrees to engage the Company for these services as outlined in a separate agreement.
- Payment and Fees
Clients shall pay fees for services as outlined in the agreement between the parties. Payment terms, including invoicing details, are specified in the agreement. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of the agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, and trade secrets.
- Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed or provided by the Company as part of the services shall remain the property of the Company, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use such intellectual property solely for the purpose outlined in the agreement.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services upon written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. The client shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
- Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
